Tornado Siren

"The Putnam Township Board and the Fire Department are happy to announce that two more Emergency Weather Sirens (Tornado Sirens) have been activated.  One at Timber Trace Golf Course near the intersection of Hinchey Road and W. M-36 and one at Patterson Lake Road and Kelly Road in the Hamlet of Hell.  These two join the one that already existed in the Township Square in Pinckney Village.  The Township Board and Fire Department would like to remind all residents that the sirens are tested on the first Thursday of every month at 9:00 a.m. except if bad weather is expected during that time.  Any questions can be directed to the Township Supervisor or the Fire Chief."
